Return Policy
At Soul Skinessential, your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, sealed with tags, non-hygienic, and in their original packaging.
Return eligibility:
- Items must be in resalable condition — unopened, unused, sealed, and with original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are accepted only on non-personal care and non-perishable products, except in cases of damage or shipping errors.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
· Gift with Purchase – If you return items from your final order that cause your total to fall below the minimum amount required to qualify for a free gift, you are required to return the free gift as well. The free gift must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
How to initiate a return:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Contact us at info@soulskinessential.ca within 14 days if you wish to request a return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Return shipping fee:
- Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 business days, crediting the original payment method, minus any shipping fees.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrectly shipped:
- Final Sale Items/Promotion Items
- Gift Cards
- Beauty devices which consider as final sale items due to hygiene and safety standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@soulskinessential.ca with photos or documentation for evaluation. We are committed to resolving these issues fairly.
